Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

·       Process:

1.     Contact customer support with order details.

2.     Receive return instructions.

3.     Ship the product back; once inspected, a refund will be issued.

·       Exclusions: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

·       Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

·       Return Shipping: Customer covers return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
